The NutritionSmarts App provides you with advanced, clinically researched nutrition guidance that is personalized to your profile, food preferences and dietary guidelines. The NutritionSmarts App uses personalized dietary guidelines to give you nutrition guidance based on your health goals like weight loss or sports nutrition, or to support chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high LDL and VLDL and low HDL cholesterol, kidney disease, osteoporosis and osteopenia, autoimmune diseases, cancer, and sports nutrition.
The NutritionSmarts App is brought to you by Landman & Associates, a nationally respected nutrition consulting company led by Alix B. Landman, a Registered Dietitian with 35 years of experience. You do not have to be a client of Landman & Associates, but if you would like a consultation, Alix and her team can customize the nutrition guidance provided by the App for your personal dietary needs to your exact needs.
